Marija Spanja is a new arrival to the London photography scene, with a deep passion for developing a portfolio of portrait and artwork pictures in the capital. Inspired by her own young son, she sees her pictures as a visual record through family life. It’s her job to provide treasure in this most poignant and beautiful way that stand the test of time.

10 years since leaving Novi Sad university with a master’s degree in Graphic Design and Photography, Marija first took her work to North America and around Europe before setting up in London.

In addition to her London based work she regularly visits Cornwall to her second home. Here, luscious sea and sky-scapes replace the slightly formal surround of a studio backdrop. Although a majority of her work is studio portraits, she has a growing library of personal pictures featuring family and friends in the landscape.
